Spesso invitata a tenere conferenze e concerti, lodata per "la grandissima sensibilità e per la musicalità" (AAM Journal), acclamata per la sua "sicura eleganza" (Dallas Morning News), la Dr. Damin Spritzer ha tenuto recital organistici in Francia, in Brasile, in tutta l'America ed effettua registrazioni in tutto il mondo. È stata invitata come artista specializzata ai Convegni dell’American Guild of Organists, e ha avuto l'onore di essere ascoltato nelle trasmissioni radiofoniche Pipedreams in numerose occasioni sia nei Paesi Bassi, sia nel Canada.

Dal 2015 Damin Spritzer è Professore Assistente di Organo presso l'Università dell’Oklahoma, e continua a prestare servizio presso la Cattedrale di Saint Matthew a Dallas, in qualità di Artist-in-Residence per la Cathedral Arts Series. In precedenza ha ricoperto la propria carica presso la University Park United Methodist Church di Dallas, presso la Chiesa cattolica di Saint Rita, sempre a Dallas, professore aggiunto presso l'Università del North Texas di Denton, e nel 2014 è stata professore di musica presso l'Università dell’Oklahoma.

Le sue prime due registrazioni discografiche sono CD in prima esecuzione mondiale delle musiche di René Becker, e sono stati registrati rispettivamente presso la chiesa di Saint-Salomon-et-Saint-Grégoire a Pithiviers, e alla Cathédrale de la Sainte-Croix à Orléans, in Francia. Entrambi i dischi sono stati pubblicati da RavenCD.com, con grandissimo successo di critica. Sono in via di pubblicazione altri due volumi, concentrati sugli anni americani di Becker e sui suoi manoscritti inediti. Il terzo CD è stato registrato nell'aprile del 2017 a Denver, Colorado, e sarà distribuito quest'estate. Il I volume dell’edizione critica della musica di Becker è stato pubblicato l'anno scorso per l’editore Wayne Leupold,  e l’uscita del secondo volume è prevista per questo autunno. Nel mese di agosto di quest'anno Damin Spritzer effettuerà una tournée di quattro concerti in Germania, oltre ad altri recital in Italia, Francia, negli Stati Uniti e nell’ambito del Festival “Terra Sancta” a Gerusalemme.

Damin Spritzer ha conseguito il dottorato presso l'Università del Nord Texas, il Master of Music presso la Eastman School of Music e il suo Bachelor of Music presso il Conservatorio di Musica di Oberlin; è Vice-Decano del Southern Plains Chapter dell’American Guild of Organists, e fa parte del Consiglio Direttivo della Fondazione Leupold.
