Die vom Association of Anglican Musicians (AAM Journal) für ihre "enorme Sensibilität und Musikalität" gelobte Damin Spritzer konzertiert in ganz USA und hatte ihr internationales Debüt an der Cathédrale Sainte-Croix d'Orléans, Frankreich im Juli 2014 gegeben. Dr. Spritzer‘s Auftritte zeichnen sich durch unbekanntere romantische Werke für Orgel aus und sie kollaboriert oft mit Instrumentalisten (Harfe, Posaune, Orchester und Chor). Sie hat ein „Bildungskonzert“ für die Orgel entworfen, welches als "Best Bet for Children" in der Dallas Morning News bezeichnet worden ist. Ihre jüngsten Konzerte fanden 2012 beim Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, South Carolina statt, sowie an der University of Houston im Rahmen der 2012 Conference on Historical Eclecticism: Organ Building and Playing in the 21st Century; ferner in der Methuen Memorial Music Hall in Massachusetts, New York City in der St. Malachy Kirche (Actor‘s Chapel) sowie in den Staaten Kentucky, Arkansas, New York, Oregon, Georgia. Zahlreiche Auftritte in Texas, einschließlich des Meyerson Symphony Center und in Lubbock im Rahmen der Big XII Trombone Conference runden ihre Tätigkeit ab. Sie nahm im Juli 2013 an der AGO Regional Convention in Austin teil, wo sie sowohl ein Konzert spielte als auch einen Vortrag über das Leben und die Musik von René Louis Becker (1882-1956) hielt, über den sie ihre Doktorarbeit geschrieben hat. Im Oktober 2011 war sie als Gastdozentin an der University of Michigan 51st Annual Conference on Organ Music tätig und im Mai 2012 hielt sie einen weiteren Vortrag in Louisville zusätzlich eines Konzertes mit den Werken von René Louis Becker. Sie hat eine Vorwort für eine mehrbändige kritische Ausgabe von Beckers Orgelwerken publiziert, welche bei Wayne Leupold Editions 2014 erschienen ist.

Im April 2011 veröffentlichte sie die weltweit erste kommerzielle Aufnahme der Musik von René Louis Becker, welche in Pithiviers, Frankreich im Jahre 2010 an der restaurierten, historischen Cavaillé-Coll-Orgel der Kirche von Saint-Salomon-Saint-Gregoire de Pithiviers aufgenommen wurde und für welche sie begeisterte Kritiken erhalten hat. Die 2011 September/Oktober-Ausgabe des britischen Choir & Organ Magazins hat der Aufnahme 5 Sterne beschienen. Das AAM Journal schrieb u.a :" Die Musik lebt unter ihrer Berührung auf! ... Diese Aufnahme ist ein Genuss. .. "" Die CD Aufnahme ist u.a. bei Raven Recordings erhältlich (www.RavenCD.com). 

Ihre zweite Aufnahme von Beckers Orgelmusik wurde im November 2014 bei Raven Recordings veröffentlicht und wurde in Orléans, Frankreich im April 2013 an der Cathédrale Sainte-Croix d'Orléans aufgenommen. Eine dritte und letzte Aufnahme Becker‘s Orgelmusik ist im Frühjahr 2015 auf einer historischen Orgel in Denver, Colorado geplant.

Dr. Spritzer’s Orgelspiel wurde im öffentlichen amerikanischen Radiosender Pipedreams übertragen, einschließlich folgendender Programme:Historical Eclecticism in Houston, Prayers and Alleluias, Twenty-Somethings, Merriment at the Meyerson, sowie der “Pipedreams: Live!” Auftritt im Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas in 2005. Tracks aus ihrer ersten CD von Raven wurden auch in folgenden Sendern und Programmen ausgetrahlt:  With Heart and Voice® in Rochester, New York,Psalms of Lament, Psalms of Reflection), im RVM Radio in Montréal, Québec, in den  Niederlanden auf  Het Orgeluur op Grootnieuwsradio 1008 AM, WRR 101.1 in Dallas, Texas sowie ein Interview im Catholic Channel  SiriusXM 129 in der Sendung Sounds from the Spires. 

Ihren Doktor der musikalischen Künste (DMA- Doctorate of Musical Arts) erhielt sie von der University of North Texas, wo sie bei Jesse Eschbach studierte. Sie ist Absolventin zweier bester Musikhochschulen der USA, der Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York, von der sie ihren Master of Music in Orgel unter David Higgs erhielt. Ihren Bachelor of Music in Orgel hat sie vom Oberlin Conservatory of Music, wo sie bei Haskell Thomson und David Boe studierte. Weitere Lehrer waren Gerre Hancock, Joel Martinson, Karel Paukert und Delbert Saman.  

Von 2013-2014 war sie Sub-Dekanin des Dallas Verbundes der American Guild of Organist (AGO) und Mitglied des Executive and Recital Committee. Sie ist ebenfalls Vorstandsmitglied der Leupold-Stiftung, die der Erhaltung der Orgelmusik und -kultur gewidmet ist.

Im Herbst 2014 wurde sie als Visiting Professor für Musik an der Universität von Oklahoma berufen. Darüber hinaus dient sie als Domorganistin und Artist-in-Residence an der Cathedral Church of Saint Matthew in Dallas sowie als Lehrbeauftragte für Orgelliteraturspiel und Kirchenmusik an der University of North Texas. Von 2009-2014 war sie Associate Director of Music and Organist an der University Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas und von 2000-2008 hatte sie eine ähnliche Stelle an der St. Rita Catholic Church in Dallas inne. Zuvor bekleidetet sie Stellen als Organistin und Chorleiterin in Atlanta, Rochester und in der Nähe von Oberlin, alle in den USA. Sie hat eine Vorwort für eine mehrbändige kritische Ausgabe von Beckers Orgelwerken publiziert, welche bei Wayne Leupold Editions 2014 erschienen ist.
